Beginner’s Bread Baking Course- October 20th, 1pm-4:30pm

Get started with the basics of simple yeasted breads. This is an introductory class that will dispel common myths about bread and conveys key concepts that will make you more confident in your baking. Class will be conducted in a relaxed, mindful and friendly way in my home kitchen/bakery. I will walk you through and demonstrate a simple and adaptable recipe, and then class members will get hands-on and make beautiful loaves, fougasse or focaccia, and pizzas. Class sizes are kept small so plenty of individual attention and hands-on advice will be given. Participants will go home with fresh bread, a fundamental understanding of bread baking, and a printed baking tip sheet made just for the class.

Please be thoughtful and arrive on time! Class will begin promptly so that we can cover everything.
